We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Partner Program Expert to support and optimize our Microsoft partnership ecosystem.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Partner Center Support to maximize incentives, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth through Microsoft programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace strategies.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Partner Center, incentives, solution designations, and alliance best practices, with a consultative mindset focused on continuous optimization and actionable insights.
Proven experience working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Partner Center Deep understanding of Microsoft incentives, funding programs, and solution designations Experience managing co-sell motions and Microsoft referrals Familiarity with Microsoft Marketplace strategy and listings Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with or as a Microsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM) Azure specialization and practice-building experience Consulting or advisory background supporting multiple Microsoft partners
