What would you do? The Graphic Design Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the adaptation of creative assets on a brand pod level across formats, platforms, and markets while ensuring quality, workflow efficiency, and strong client communication. You will be a key driver in maintaining brand integrity during the adaptation process and supporting team growth. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? Strong background in graphic design, with experience in asset adaptation and localization processes. Proven leadership experience managing creative or adaptation design teams. Deep understanding of brand guidelines and the challenges of maintaining quality in asset adaptation. Skilled in project and workflow management tools, as well as design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communicator with client-facing experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Team Management: Lead and guide the design team to provide strategic direction and oversight on the design projects across market. Brand Hygiene: Collaborate cross design pod to ensure all creative are aligned to approved design concepts. Workflow Management: Manage and optimize adaptation project workflows to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of localized and format-specific creative assets. Client Communication: Reviews briefs submitted by markets, liaises for clarification if required, & aligns with markets on all new KVs and wireframes prior to design execution. Represents the brand pod for regular cadence calls with markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Alignment with Creative Asset Directors on all customized visuals by local market requirements (outside dossiers) Ticket Hygiene & Governance: Ensure all adaptation tickets are managed and regularly updated to maintain optimal ticket hygiene and workflow transparency.
