Your New Role:This position will lead functional projects and configuration activities for new functionalityand enhancements within the Workday HCM, Security, Business Process Framework,Recruiting and Onboarding product suite. This role performs in a functional leadershipcapacity and includes elements of project management, analysis of business systems,and process knowledge. Thia role will work to ensure configurations in Workday complywith local and country specific requirements and will liaise with HR and Technologyrelated to the responsibilities referenced below.Your Role Accountabilities:Workday Implementation and Project Delivery:Serve as a key Workday configuration resource and ensure the successfulimplementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelinesConduct discovery sessions with stakeholder(s) and/or project sponsor(s) tounderstand business requirementsDemonstrate Workday configuration through the development of a proof ofconcept (prototype)Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processesLead configuration testing efforts and partner with HRIS and Technical Solutionsteams in configuring and testing in WorkdayDevelop high quality deliverables and presentations catered to the audience andwith close attention to detailContinuous Improvement:Maintain process controls to help design, implement and/or monitor operations as partof initial configuration/implementation and continuous improvement:Participate in various process improvement projects, provide recommendationsand assist in the process and system change implementationsPartner with cross functional teams and Technical Solutions team in thedevelopment, testing and roll-out of enhancements (e.g., new systemupdates/releases, new integrations)Serve as an advisor in Workday configuration knowledge to the HRIS SolutionsteamParticipate in update trainings as neededProject Management Office:This position will support PMO efforts for Workday projectsOversee, define and monitor critical path activities and resolve or escalate issuesas neededLeverage project management tools and methodology, and work to refine andstandardize tools and practices for projects under the PMO functionServe in a quality assurance role for projects - review functional process designsand related configurationHelp to deliver on project/process documentation as part of transition of supportto operationsUnderstand and apply Warner Bros Discovery security and privacy policies,standards and processes to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of dataPerform other duties as required at the request of senior members of HRServices.Work Experience:7+ years of experience in implementing and / or maintaining Workday HCM,Recruiting, Onboarding, Security is required3+ years of experience in implementing and / or maintaining Workday HCM isrequired5+ years of project management experience required3+ years of people management experience is requiredProcess development / definition in an ERP environment requiredExperience in the development and implementation of process and systemschanges requiredPrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software company desiredOperational experience in HR or Payroll a plusPrior experience supporting multiple locations desiredEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:Bachelor's degree in a business related field, or equivalent combination oftraining and work experience requiredPMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plusKnowledge/Skills:Workday system application implementation with functional knowledge across atleast in HCMExperience on projects during design, configure/build, implement andstabilization phasesAbility to effectively capture stakeholders’ needs and be able to translate needsinto system functionalityExperience in Workday HCM Functional and Business Process configuration andtestingProficient with Workday Security (creating and maintaining security groups)Proficient in Workday custom report building and with Enterprise Interface Builder(EIB)Experience in developing project timelines and providing updates catered toaudienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of toolsHow We Get Things Done…
