Job Overview:


As Manager Sales, you will own revenue growth and build a high-performance sales engine. This is a hands-on leadership role; you will sell, coach, and scale. Job Responsibilities:


  • Own the Number – Drive and deliver revenue targets by managing a full-cycle, consultative sales process (prospecting to close).
  • Build & Mobilize Teams – Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team; create accountability, energy, and a winning culture.
  • Drive Pipeline & Territory Growth – Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline through strategic territory planning and strong execution.
  • Engage & Influence Clients – Advise US-based medical practices on how CureMD drives growth, efficiency, and better patient outcomes.
  • Deliver High-Impact Demos – Lead and coach teams to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and ROI-driven conversations.
  • Forecast & Execute with Discipline – Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and consistent sales execution rigor.
  • Leverage Data & AI – Use data, CRM, and AI-enabled tools to improve targeting, conversion, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Enablement to optimize conversion and customer experience.
  • Develop Talent – Coach, mentor, and elevate team performance; build future leaders within the organization.
  • Represent CureMD – Strengthen market presence through client engagement, partnerships, and industry interactions.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of B2B tech sales experience in the US market, including 3+ years leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Proven ability to hire, build, and mobilize teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Strong track record of closing deals, owning quotas, and delivering predictable revenue.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven operator; uses insights to drive strategy and coach teams.
  • Experience with CRM and modern sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • High integrity, accountability, and leadership through action.
  • Ability to work US business hours in a high-performance environment.
  • Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions  
  • Background in healthcare or medical practice operations  
  • Experience mentoring peers or contributing to team level initiatives
