The Manager Retail Projects will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence for retail projects and KDW categories.
The role involves overseeing project execution, customer relationship management, budgeting, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances to achieve sales and profitability targets for retail projects.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Analyze category performance and develop strategies to improve sales, operations, and profitability.
Plan and oversee retail project execution to ensure timely completion in line with client requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with other relevant departments for smooth project execution and category management.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, retain existing clients, and generate new business opportunities and leads.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring operational efficiency and capability enhancement in SAP, IMOS, and related systems.
Identify and develop high-potential employees to support succession planning and career growth.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and SOPs related to order booking, verification, project execution, and installations.
Monitor project progress, installation timelines, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Prepare and share regular performance, sales, and operational reports with senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration or relevant field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in retail projects, furniture/interior industry, or category management.
