Job Title: Manager Retail Development & Digitization Location: Islamabad Job Grade: L2/L3 Last Date to Apply: 4th April 2026 What is Manager Retail Development & Digitization?
The role is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Agent Channel for the JazzCash, covering strategic planning, execution, and optimization of agent-led services.
This includes cash-in, cash-out, OTC bill payments, collections, and driving mobile wallet growth through agent-assisted acquisitions.
The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening the last-mile delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and driving digitization initiatives to enhance agent and customer experience.
The position reports to Stream Head Channel Partnerships.
What does Manager Retail Development & Digitization do?
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Agent Channel Management o Develop and execute the overall strategy for the agent channel in line with business objectives o Drive growth in core services including cash-in, cash-out, OTC bill payments, and collections o Ensure optimal agent network productivity, liquidity management, and service availability 2.
Mobile Wallet Growth (Agent-led) o Drive mobile wallet gross adds through the agent network o Design and implement acquisition and activation strategies via agents o Improve conversion, activity, and retention metrics for wallet customers sourced through agents 3.
Last-Mile Digitization & Agent Experience o Lead development and enhancement of agent-facing platforms including the Agent App o Identify and implement digitization initiatives to improve operational efficiency for agents and field teams o Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards and performance tracking tools 4.
Stakeholder Management (Internal & External) o Collaborate closely with: · Compliance & Banking partners for regulatory adherence · Operations teams for process efficiency and service delivery · Sales & Distribution teams for on-ground execution · Product & Technology teams for feature development and system enhancements o Manage relationships with external stakeholders including regulators, distribution partners, and vendors 5.
Governance, Compliance & Risk o Ensure all agent-related operations are fully compliant with regulatory and internal policies o Work closely with compliance teams to address audit observations and regulatory requirements o Monitor fraud risks and implement controls to safeguard the ecosystem 6.
Performance Management & Reporting o Define KPIs for agent channel performance and track against targets o Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and insights o Present regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities JazzCash is an equal opportunity employer.

Required Skills & Competencies o Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities o Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration o Deep understanding of agent economics and field dynamics o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Experience working with regulators and compliance frameworks o Leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams Qualification & Experience o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) o 10–15 years of relevant experience in telecom, fintech, banking, or branchless banking o Proven experience in managing large-scale distribution or agent networks Strong understanding of digital financial services, particularly agent-led ecosystems.
