The Manager Public Sector Partnerships serves as the focal point for potential and existing high-value public sector clients across Punjab.
The role is responsible for developing and expanding JazzCash’s public sector portfolio, including Disbursement Solutions, Payment Gateway, and QR/ In-App Payment Collections.
What does Manager Public Sector Partnerships do?
Act in individual capacity or may lead a team in pursuing high-value public sector organizations for disbursement and collection solutions.
Drive acquisition of new clients while managing and nurturing an existing portfolio.
Serve as the principal point of contact for C-level stakeholders within public sector institutions.
Identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and pitch tailored digital solutions.
Build a deep understanding of the regional public sector landscape to drive upselling, renewals, and operational excellence.
Develop and manage a strong regional pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and Jazz channels.
Track, forecast, and present pipeline and performance dashboards to senior management.
Maintain expertise in Digital Financial Services (DFS), including regulatory and business updates.
Oversee the full client lifecycle — from negotiation and onboarding to go-live and post-launch management.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Public Sector Partnerships?
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Digital Financial Services or Banking Finance.
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects across multiple organizations.
Key Skills & Competencies Strong track record of leading end-to-end DFS projects from planning to rollout.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience handling high-stakes public sector sales and deal closures.
Advanced stakeholder management at government and C-level.
Portfolio and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboarding skills (Power BI, Complete Office Suite, etc.
). Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage escalations effectively Team mentoring and performance management expertise.
