As a Manager of BDR you will: Hiring, onboarding, ongoing training/enablement and performance of the BDR Team Establish team structure with clearly defined responsibilities, target mid-market accounts aligned with territories, and pipeline development trajectories Develop and communicate goals for the BDR Team and ensure they are met.
Define and enforce desired KPIs along with corresponding compensation plan to motivate BDRs and measure performance Guide BDRs on how to effectively reach out to target prospect accounts and contacts within a territory daily through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
