An Ideal Candidate:



An Ideal candidate should have an B.com with 8-10+years in Export Sales, market expansion & sales, order execution, monitoring, handling distributor sales etc. 



Key Competencies:



  1. Focus on Exports of products like Animal Feed and Bakery Items.
  2. Market Expansion & Sales: Identify new business opportunities in foreign markets, generate sales leads, and close contracts to meet annual export targets.
  3. Managing and growing business in select overseas markets by effective brand marketing.
  4. Identifying and appointing local distributers , logistics partners , import-export agents as and where applicable.
  5. Order Execution & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end export process, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. 
  6. Driving the local distributor Sales Force and thus contributing towards driving the business in overseas market.
  7. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
  8. Developing and maintaining healthy long term professional relationships with customers and client.
  9. Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer responses and resolving all customer issues in timely manner.
  10. Prior experience in FMCG is must.
