Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT
About VASL
We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Manager – Accounting & Finance to lead accounting operations, manage client portfolios, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality financial service delivery to US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping operations for US-based clients
• Supervise and mentor bookkeeping specialists and associate-level resources
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP principles
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Review AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow management processes
• Coordinate with clients directly through email and meetings
• Improve internal SOPs, workflows, and reporting processes
• Monitor team productivity, deadlines, and deliverables
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Assist leadership in scaling finance operations and service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA / CA / CPA qualification or partially qualified candidates preferred
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience handling US-based clients is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  Software Knowledge
  Candidates with experience in the following tools will be preferred:
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Xero
• NetSuite
• Zoho Books
• Microsoft Excel 
• Bill.com / Expensify (preferred)
