Logistics Trainee (Night Shift)

LDP Logistics is calling out Logistics Trainee  to look after day to day Operations.

Core Responsibilities

· Auction all email with minimum response time

· Day to day updating of internal sheets and Company's Web Portals

· Timely documentation Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc

· Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements

· Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) as required
· Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

The Skill Set

· Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory) 

· Prior knowledge and process in a Logistics Organization is strongly preferred

· Supply Chain graduates / Undergraduates (Last Year) are highly encouraged to apply

· Quick Learner and keen on working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Can handle overseas customers over the call

· Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability

· Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyze data 

· Experience may substitute for education - if applicant has strong knowledge
