S. Business Hours About the Role We’re hiring a Logistics Management & Data Specialist to manage and optimize the operational backbone of a fast-growing e-commerce business.
This is a highly analytical, systems-focused role that combines logistics coordination, inventory planning, operational reporting, and AI-driven process improvement.
You’ll be responsible for managing freight operations, purchase order workflows, inventory data, operational reporting, and internal systems while helping the company build smarter, more automated workflows using AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with data, improving systems, and creating structure inside a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
What You’ll Be DoingLogistics & Ecommerce Operations Manage freight and logistics operations end-to-end, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, warehouse communication, and purchase order uploads.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth fulfillment operations.
Create and manage monthly purchase orders based on sell-through rates, inventory forecasting, and revenue projections.
Monitor inventory movement and identify potential stock risks before they impact operations.
Maintain accurate product information and variants within Shopify.
Support operational planning by ensuring clean and reliable logistics data across systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain operational spreadsheets and reporting systems.
Analyze large datasets related to inventory, returns, customer service trends, and product quality.
Generate actionable business reports that support operational and inventory decisions.
Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility across logistics and operational performance.
Use data insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
AI & Systems Development Build centralized reporting systems using Claude or similar AI tools.
Connect operational data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and internal reporting systems.
Develop AI-supported workflows and automations to improve operational efficiency.
Explore and test emerging AI tools that can improve logistics, reporting, customer service, and internal operations.
Identify repetitive workflows and create scalable systems to reduce manual work.
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency Improve operational workflows and create scalable systems that support business growth.
Organize and maintain structured documentation, trackers, and operational processes.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and execution speed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, customer support, and leadership teams.

Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to create professional, scalable operational trackers and reports.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools within operational workflows.
Ability to build structured systems and improve operational processes.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience Experience connecting data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
Familiarity with APIs, automations, or AI integrations.
