* Create and maintain detailed system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
* Collaborate with application, database, and network teams to support deployments and environment changes.
* Apply ITIL-aligned practices for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
* Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for critical production incidents.
* Mentor junior administrators, sharing best practices in Linux administration and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
* B.TECH degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
* 8-15 years of hands-on experience as a Linux administrator, managing medium to large-scale environments.
* Strong expertise in Linux administration with at least 8 years working on enterprise-grade distributions, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
* Proven experience in system installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning for Linux servers.
* Solid understanding of system security, access control, and OS-level hardening in Linux environments.
* Practical experience working within ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
