Collect, review, and sanitize field events data for processing. Review and sanitize shop visit reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Process AOG (Aircraft on Ground) spares orders in line with SLA, priority, and compliance requirements. Process data in the designated processing tool, strictly following industry/customer standards, business rules, and guidelines. Validate processed data against acceptance criteria, processing rules, and business rules. Flag discrepancies, raise clarifications, and drive closure with relevant stakeholders. Maintain individual and team performance metrics for data processed (e.g., throughput, quality score, rework rate). Record, track, and report quality metrics and improvement areas received through feedback. Provide periodic quality review reports to management and customers. Maintain and adhere to customer and organization data security guidelines (confidentiality, access control, retention). Ensure compliance with documented SOPs, audit requirements, and change management in processes. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to reduce defects. 7-15 years of experience in data quality, report validation, operations QA, or supply chain quality. Proficiency in MS Excel, data processing tools, and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau). Strong understanding of quality standards, data validation rules, and acceptance criteria
