An ideal candidate will be very good at handling customer orders, timely execution, and effective communication internally/externally. Confident, self-motivated and street smart. Need to be very quick in grasping market intelligence, customer developments timely and report. Willing to work in a start-up nature, meeting organizational needs, focusing on scaling up business, resulting win-win situation to individual and the company
Key Competencies:
1.Handle customer forecast/PO model to create job order creation internally, order monitor, order execution and responsible for timely invoicing, delivery as per delivery schedules provided by customer.
2.Reconcile with customer orders, service and invoices for trouble-free commercials and follow up on payments.
3.Manage customer complaints/voices (commercial issues/quality issues) and share experience and comments internally and provide best solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.Good customer relationship management & communicating with customers promptly to maintain good cooperative relationships.
