Jr. Product Analyst

The Global Product Management Team is looking for an individual who wants to help shape the i2c product strategy and support the development and commercialization of i2c’s digital and authentication value proposition. This role will lead product management initiatives to drive enhancement and adoption of the i2c platform with clients and industry partners. This role will also work cross functionally to establish or improve product management practices, streamline project/program management, evaluate new platform features, launch pilots and drive initiatives across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate for this role brings their knowledge of the payments industry and passion to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable execution plans and technical requirements will be a key requirement of this role. Balancing the combined ability to execute on a product roadmap and support client-facing teams to drive the adoption of new capabilities requires a flexible and pragmatic thinker. 

Requirements:

• Required Experience: 3-5+ Years. Requisite business experience of 5+ years can be substituted for a degree.
• Required Degree: at-least bachelor’s degree (16 years of Education) in any of the following fields: Commerce/Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/Engineering
• Excellent communication skills - ability to take technical concepts and demonstrate value to clients as well as Sales and Marketing teams.
• Client and Customer Champion - identify and deliver initiatives and capabilities that will drive growth and security for clients, ensuring they are receiving the most value from i2c’s speed-to-market and modern configurable platform. 
• Schedule flexibility to align with US Central Time for 1-2 hours per day.

Skills:

The candidate will also bring a mixture of the following skills and experience to this role:

• Understanding and application of agile product development lifecycles.
• Preferred Project / Product Management experience within the payments industry. 
• Has the ability to develop a deep understanding and expertise of payment network rules and regulations.
• Ability to effectively influence teams remotely.
• Ability to track and monitor product KPI’s and certifications.
• Experience working with networks, fintechs, processors, or financial institutions a plus.
• Ability to coordinate the development of support collateral from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and drive to adapt practices to utilize AI tools in own work as well as product development.
• Ability to develop business requirements documents and communicate complex product initiatives to the Solutions and Engineering teams.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding in one of the following product areas: Identity and Digital Customer Onboarding, Tokenization, Digital Wallets, Credit, Debit, Prepaid, or Loyalty Programs.
• Basic understanding in one or many of the following: processing, mobile payments, digital payments, banking, and P2P money movement.
• Effective prompt writer and basic knowledge of LLM use cases for optimizing productivity and information sharing across teams.
