Resource management: Allocate resources, including staff scheduling, to optimize IT goals.
Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team leader: Motivate and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Compliance: Ensure IT operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards through internal and external audits.
Vendor management expertise: Manage relationships with IT vendors effectively.
Data analysis skills: Interpret data to identify trends and make informed decisions. Asset lifecycle management experience: Proven ability to manage the lifecycle of IT assets.
