Role 
We are looking for an energetic IT Support Intern. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering with sound understanding in the field. 
Responsibilities


  • Assist smooth running IT operations of the assigned region, including office network, internet devices, and computer systems.
  • Assist in design, development, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure to proactively plan for future organizational growth.
  • Keep record of inventory.
  • Plan procurement of IT equipment and liaise with local peripheral vendors/ISP’s as and when required for IT infrastructure management.
  • Working with the team hands-on, when required, to ensure continuous operations at all times.
  • Help oversee timely resolution of IT support tickets raised by company employees.
  • Keep close eye on information security in the organization and implement information security policies.
  • Have a professional and empathetic relationships with all other organizational teams and act in alignment with organizational needs.

Requirements


  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Basic knowledge of remote desktop software and tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Basic understanding of endpoint security tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
