We are seeking a highly skilled Incharge Rigging professional to oversee and manage rigging operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting operations
  • Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures & checklists
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, lifting codes, and site regulations
  • Collaborate with project, safety, and crane teams for safe execution
  • Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training
  • Maintain daily activity logs and rigging equipment status reports
  • Lead and manage large rigging teams, including riggers and foremen

Qualification & Experience:


  • Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or relevant technical field
  • Rigging Level-III Certification (preferred)
  • 15+ years of hands-on rigging experience, especially in shutdown/turnaround environments
  • Proven leadership of large rigging teams in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong command of load charts, lifting tackles, crane capacities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
