About the job HR & Admin Officer (Manufacturing)

Job Overview:


We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and result-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding industrial environment, handling workforce challenges, and supporting the implementation and ongoing management of HRMS.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and inquiries.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor discipline.
  • Supervise attendance, biometric system, leave, shifts, and overtime.
  • Ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
  • Manage EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security compliance.
  • Handle employee registrations, contributions, and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with government departments for inspections and compliance matters.
  • Support HRMS implementation and system updates.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy in HRMS and generate reports.
  • Train staff on HRMS usage and ensure system compliance.
  • Manage factory administration including security, housekeeping, transport, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security.
  • Experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HRMS/ERP.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
