Scrum MasterAdvisor



Position Overview



As a Technology Scrum MasterAdvisor, you will lead and coach multiple Agile teams in adopting and improving Scrum practices. You will serve as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement withinEvernorth’shealthcare technology organization to drive high-performing, collaborative teams.



Responsibilities



  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.



  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.



  • Remove impediments and escalate blockers to ensure team productivity.



  • Shield the team from external interruptions and scope changes during sprints.



  • Track and report on team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery predictability.



  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, dependency management, and release planning.



  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospective action items and process enhancements.



  • Manage and develop team members,conductingperformance reviews and career development.



  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint prioritization.



  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and psychological safety.



  • Champion Agile transformation initiatives across the broader organization.



  • Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and program-level coordination.



Qualifications:




  • 11 - 13years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles with 3+ years as Scrum Master.



  • College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.



  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban,SAFe).



  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification required.



  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.



  • Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.



  • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).



  • Understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle and engineering practices.



  • Servant leadership mindset with strong emotional intelligence.



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.



  • Experience managing teams of 5-15 people.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • SAFeAgilist orSAFeScrum Master certification.



  • PMI-ACP or other advanced Agile certifications.



  • Healthcare technology domain experience.



Industry / Domain Experience Needed: 



  • Demonstrated experience in Agile transformation and team leadership.



  • Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.



  • Familiarity with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.




  • Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.



Location & Hours of Work
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India.
