Our client, an oil marketing company, is looking to hire a General Manager Human Resources & Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
- Strategic HR: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the manpower planning, recruitment & onboarding processes, ensuring that the organization attracts top talent.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying development needs.
- Compliance, IR & Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies, including managing employee/industrial relations and addressing workplace issues.
- Training And Development: Lead T&D and programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge & abilities.
- Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession and workforce planning, while collaborating with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance growth, and identify and apply best practices in HR and organizational development to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Policy/Scheme/SOPs: Ensure development, revision and review of HR related policies, schemes and SOPs.
- Diversity: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
2. Administration & Security:
- Ensure provision of administrative operations, including facility management, admin related procurement, office supplies, and vendor management and security services.
- Manage admin. related contracts and legal agreements and ensure regulatory compliance in all administrative matters.
- Ensure adequate admin & security arrangements and support throughout our facilities.
3. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR and administrative professionals, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
4. Budget
- Lead the development, management and implementation of HR & Admin. budgets.
5. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualification:
Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- 12 to 15 Years of experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
