HRSI is looking for Executive Assistant for one of its leading client in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
Manage the Head of Function's (HoF) calendar, medical claims, travel & entertainment (T&E) claims, and other assigned
day-to-day tasks. Also, assist the functional leadership team with expense claims.
Oversee travel arrangements for the function, including booking flights, hotels, and coordinating visa applications.
Organize departmental meetings and events, ensuring end-to-end execution, and coordinate cross-functional meetings
with relevant stakeholders.
Handle T&E portal-related matters, troubleshoot user issues, monitor ageing claims, ensure correct claim submissions,
conduct training on T&E policies, and circulate regular educational communications.
Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices (PO & non-PO), track departmental T&E budgets, consolidate reports, and
maintain records of POs, GRNs, and invoices while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
3 to 4 years minimum of experience as an Executive Assistant
Minimum bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Proficient in administrative tasks and support systems, with strong command of English and expertise in MS Teams and
MS Office tools.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability in stakeholder management and the capability to independently handle
administrative tasks and resolve related issues.
Demonstrates pro activeness, ownership, and drive, while displaying strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
