Job Title: Email Graphic Designer Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST Job Overview: We’re helping our client find an Email Graphic Designer who will own the visual execution of email campaigns across flows and newsletters.
In this role, you will ensure brand consistency, produce high-performing creative, and support overall retention and conversion through thoughtful design execution.
Responsibilities: Design high-impact email graphics, layouts, and templates for flows and campaigns.
Collaborate with the email marketing team to translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
Create mobile-optimised graphics and layouts that improve readability and click-through performance.
Work with copywriters and marketers to test and iterate on design variations (A/B tests).
Maintain an organised design library and templates for scalable email production.
Stay up to date with email design best practices, trends, and platform requirements.
Requirements: Must-Have: 2–4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Email Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating email design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Understanding of email marketing principles (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus).
Ability to design for both mobile and desktop formats.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or performance-driven brands preferred.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with email performance optimization or CRO Experience in subscription or retention-focused brands Experience working with remote, fast-moving creative/marketing teams
