This role is split across three key focus areas: 20% - Community Management & Organic Social: • Monitor, reply to, and moderate comments and DMs across all social platforms daily • Maintain brand voice and tone in all community interactions • Escalate issues appropriately and manage sensitive conversations with care • Plan and publish weekly content across organic social channels • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging posts • Track engagement metrics and report on community health 40% - Paid Media (Search & Social): • Manage and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.
) campaigns across multiple accounts • Plan, execute, and iterate on campaigns to maximise ROI and hit performance targets • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance — making real-time adjustments as needed • Identify and outreach to creators and influencers for UGC and sponsored content • Brief and coordinate with creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives • Analyse performance data and produce regular reports with actionable insights • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and new ad formats 40% - Website Health (SEO & CRO): • Own and execute the SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building • Monitor organic rankings and search performance via Google Search Console and SEO tooling • Optimise website content and landing pages for both search visibility and conversion • Audit and improve the purchase flow, identifying friction points and testing solutions • Run A/B tests and conversion rate experiments using CRO best practices • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement website improvements • Produce monthly reporting on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements Direct impact on business decision-making quality Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to own and scale a marketing function end-to-end Clear progression opportunities as the business grows • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on exposure to paid media, SEO, and organic social • Proven track record managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals • Experience with CRO principles and A/B testing tools • Confident communicator who can represent the brand authentically in community interactions • Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously Nice to Have • Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands • Familiarity with Elementor or similar CMS platforms • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor web edits • Basic graphic design • Experience briefing and working with content creators or influencers is a plus
