Responsibilities:

• Shape BASF’s future planning landscape by further developing our Supply Chain Planning Framework on OMP

  
  
  

• Develop, maintain & monitor interfaces for different on-premise and cloud integration scenarios

  
  
  

• Manage Data Integration infrastructures and facilitate development for functional squads in the Product Family

  
  
  

• Live end-to-end-responsibility, being able to adopt to new requirements and learning new technologies within a virtual global agile team

  
  
  

• Recognize impediments within the team, identify root causes, promote discussions and drive solving the issue

  
  
  

• Support the Product Owner in optimizing the Product Backlog as well as its refinement 

  
  
  

• Bring in new ideas / solutions and drive innovation within the Product Team

  
  
  

• Lead and instruct usage of AI-driven efficiency-boosting tools, in development, communication, and management of teams in the organization. Develop and introduce customized enhancement to these tools if needed.

  
  
  

• Mentor exchange with an individual about knowledge, skills/technologies and personal experiences with the aim of personal and professional development of the individual.

  
  
  
  

  
  Qualifications:

  
  
  

  A university degree in computer science or similar.

  
  
  

  Proficient in at least one programming language: SAP ABAP (OO), Python, R, C#

  
  
  

  Knowledge related to Web Services (REST, SOAP), Streaming technologies (Kafka) and/or API development

  
  
  

  Good knowledge & understanding of cloud-based solutions and integration scenarios connecting via Middleware (e.g. Kafka, SAP CI, SAP PI/PO...) 

  
  
  

  Excellent communication skills in English.

  
  
  

  Good understanding of security, cost and efficiency implications when setting up cloud-solutions

  
  
  

  Openness to new technologies, working methodologies and innovative solutions.

  
  
  

  Experience in full stack tools (e.g. , MS AzureDevOps)

  
  
  

  Experience in agile projects

  
  
  

  Facilitation, moderation, presentation & mentoring skills

  
  
  

  Basic DevOps knowledge in design, testing and debugging new functionalities
