Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Level Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about designing games to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a creative environment.
We welcome candidates from any field who are enthusiastic about joining the gaming industry and possess a genuine passion for games.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors in Game Design, Computer Science, Game Development, Multimedia Arts, Communication Design or related fields; or an equivalent combination of education and exposure.
• 0-1yrs of experience of working as a Designer or in a similar capacity.
• Strong creative & critical thinking skills, good at communicating ideas & concepts. Curiosity is a plus!
• Understanding of basic design principles or a general knowledge of how games work.
• Familiar with using any of these tools; Google Docs/Sheets, Unity, Figma, Adobe CC, Data Analysis Tool.
• Interest in gaming Industry trends and exploring Games [Mobile, PC, Console].
• Proactive team player & comfortable with taking feedback & reiterating to improve designs.

What you will be doing:

• Design challenging and engaging levels using difficulty settings, special elements, obstacles, goal types.
• Brainstorm and design unique level goals & elements to enhance gameplay.
• Collaborate with design, art, and development teams to implement levels from concept to launch cohesively with all content.
• Design & polish levels using editors and testing tools based on user feedback and data before releasing.
• Maintain design documentation.
• Stay updated on trends and play games to improve design insight.
• (Nice to have) Analyse level data and difficulty using databases.
