The job profile for this position is for a Digital Analytics QA/Testing/Validation Analyst, Band 3
Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex QA, testing, and validation assignments for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) tracking. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering quality assurance initiatives.Usesdeep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within digital analytics QA/testing but works on broader projects, requiring understanding of wider business and analytics context. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in analytics validation.
Responsibilities
Lead QA and validation project delivery for Adobe CJA tracking, from requirements gathering and test case creation, through execution, defect reporting, and sign-off.
Establish andmaintainstrong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of analytics tracking validation and reporting.
Develop and execute test plans for digital analytics implementations, ensuringaccuratedata capture and reporting.
Utilize Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools tovalidateanalytics tags and troubleshoot tracking issues.
Document and communicate defects, issues, and recommendations to development and analytics teams.
Support the enablement and extension of self-service analytics validation tools and processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Adobe App Assurance, Browser Stack, and Chrome/Edge Developer tools for analytics validation.
Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Google Analytics.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn test results into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to multiple business partners
RequiredExperience& Education:
Overall8-11 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience and minimum3years of QA/testing/validation experience in digital analyticsstronglypreferred.
Desired Experience:
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) toolset – Workspace, Queries, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Experience developing andvalidatinganalytics tagging requirements.
Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally.
Experience in digital analytics QA/testing for large healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites.
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, or related experience is a plus.
