S. time zones preferred) Job Overview: Our client, a fast-growing gut health and wellness brand, is looking for a Creator Growth Associate to fuel the top of their TikTok creator funnel.
In this role, you will recruit, activate, and scale high-performing creators while contributing directly to revenue growth and creator-led GMV.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered on outbound outreach, creator relationships, and building systems that turn creator partnerships into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities: Proactively identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators through outbound outreach, creator discovery tools (TikTok, Fastmoss, Euka), and affiliate platforms Leverage EUKA and other affiliate messaging tools to build, manage, and scale a robust creator pipeline Build, send, and iterate on target plans for priority creators, verticals, and competitor brand talent Promote and grow the brand’s Discord creator community to onboard and engage new creators Partner with Promotions and TikTok leadership to align creator recruitment with upcoming campaigns Track and report on creator recruitment progress, performance, and GMV impact Acquire and activate high-performing creators from adjacent and competing brands Nice-to-Have: Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or creator CRM tools (e.
