The Team: Corporate Platforms is an enterprise-shared service enabling people, functions, and divisions. We take a community approach in making decisions in partnership with stakeholders who are consumers of our services with the belief that technology allows people to do their best work.


Corporate Platforms helps drive a unified strategy across Commercial Platforms, Risk and Purpose Platforms, Marketing Platforms, and Finance Platforms. 


The CP Engage team helps connect people across Corporate Platforms by driving engagement and clear internal communications. We support leaders and teams by sharing updates in a consistent way and creating spaces for two-way feedback and connection. Through a regular rhythm of events and community moments (like newsletters, All Hands, showcases, hackathons, and volunteering), we help make sure CP stays aligned, informed, and connected.

KeyResponsibilities 



  • Assistthe program lead indocumentationinitiatives



  • Helpmaintainoperational trackers that align activities with departmental goals.



  • Schedule and prepare agendas and power point slides for meetings 



  • Capture action items, follow‑up on dependencies, and update status logs in key meetings



  • Contribute to planning internal events, training sessions, and hackathons 



  • Help build presentation decks and post‑event recap materials.



  • Update the department’s SharePoint site, newsletters, and central calendar.



  • Draft short internal communications and help curate content for senior‑leadership updates.



  • Observe senior leaders in strategic planning sessions and take notes on decision‑making processes.



  • Participate in on‑the‑job training for project‑management tools and AI‑driven analytics.




Basic Required Qualifications (Intern)



  • Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Information Systems, orrelatedfield.



  • Strong interest inprogramor project management(coursework, projects, or prior internships).



  • Proficiencyin MicrosoftTools



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting emails, meeting notes, and simple presentations.



  • Ability to workon‑site at the local officea few days per month and travel occasionally for events.



Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications



  • Experience withSharePointfor content management and collaboration.



  • Basic understanding ofAI‑driven analyticsor other common AI Tools(e.g.,Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).



  • Prior involvement inevent planningor student‑organization leadership roles.
