Aga Khan University's (AKU) Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is a preeminent public health institution in the country. Over the past several decades, CHS has played a major role in leading the development of national level primary health care, public health practice, health systems through evidence-based approach. Job Roles / Responsibilities:


You will be responsible to:


  • support routine coordination of EQUIP-supported activities at the PIU
  • assist in scheduling meetings, consultations, and follow-up sessions with stakeholders
  • maintain coordination records, action trackers, and follow-up notes
  • follow up on action points with relevant stakeholders as guided by the Deputy Director, PIU
  • facilitate communication between PIU, AKU project team, and other stakeholders
  • prepare meeting minutes, attendance records, and action point summaries
  • maintain organized documentation of project-related activities and correspondence
  • assist in preparing schedules, summaries, and coordination updates
  • support logistical arrangements for meetings, visits, and consultations in Punjab 
  • coordinate administrative arrangements for visiting project team members
  • ensure readiness of venues, materials, and schedules for project activities 
  • provide day-to-day coordination support to ensure smooth operational flow

Requirements


you Must have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management, Health Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related disciplines
  • 1–2 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or support roles.
  • Familiarity with public sector systems; experience with Health and Population Department (HPD), Punjab will be preferred.
  • Experience in supporting meetings, documentation, logistics, and follow-up processes will be an advantage
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data management and analytical skills (SPSS, STATA, or similar preferred)
  • Basic administrative and logistical management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
