Creative Direction & Design Ownership Own the creative direction and visual identity of all marketing and content materials, including graphics, videos, and digital ads.
Collaborate closely with designers and video producers to create visuals that align with the content strategy and brand identity.
Ensure all visual content maintains consistency across channels and serves the strategic marketing objectives.
Responsible for the quality, aesthetics, and effectiveness of all visuals, including social media posts, banners, landing pages, email templates, and more.
Campaign Support Create content and visuals for marketing campaigns that resonate with key audiences and drive conversions.
Ensure content and creative assets support acquisition, activation, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with SEO specialists to ensure content is optimized for discoverability and aligned with keyword research.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create educational content for consumers and agents.
Analytics and Performance Tracking Measure and report on content and creative performance, using analytics to refine content and visual strategies.
Optimize content and creative outputs based on insights and continually strive for higher engagement and improved KPIs.
Brand Building and Storytelling Own the narrative of our brand, especially with the new EMI focus—emphasizing trust, security, and empowerment.
Develop a content approach that helps position the company as a thought leader in the fintech space and supports brand credibility.
Key Requirements 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, and content creation, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
Proven experience in crafting and executing content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes (customer education, product awareness, conversions).
Strong background in visual design and creative direction, with an eye for detail in digital design, multimedia, and brand aesthetics.
