An Ideal Candidate:



An Ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhaul of industrial compressors (reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal types). Ensures reliable and efficient operation of compressed air / gas systems at client sites and workshops.



Key Competencies:



Installation & Commissioning



  • Installation and mechanical erection of compressors
  • Alignment of compressor–motor coupling (laser/dial method)
  • Pre-commissioning checks (lubrication, cooling, safety systems)
  • Parameter setting and performance verification
  • Leak testing and pressure testing
  • Trial run support and vibration monitoring

Maintenance & Overhauling



  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Oil system inspection & flushing
  • Cooler and intercooler cleaning

 Troubleshooting



  • High discharge temperature analysis
  • Low pressure / low-capacity diagnosis
  • Excessive vibration issues
  • Motor-compressor misalignment issues

Technical Knowledge Required:



  • Working principles of various compressor types
  • Air & gas compression thermodynamics
  • Lubrication systems
  • Cooling systems (air-cooled / water-cooled)
  • Vibration analysis basics
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • P&ID reading capability
