Core Responsibilities
Monitor and synthesize developments across AI, technology, and relevant industry trends into concise, actionable CEO briefs
Conduct primary research (expert conversations, surveys, targeted insight gathering to build original perspectives)

Capture and structure the CEO's thinking into clear, organized communication points ready for handoff to content and PR

How This Role Connects to the Broader Team
The associate works directly with the CEO but operates in close coordination with the content and PR teams. The flow is intentional: this person produces the research, frameworks, and structured thinking —> the content and PR teams take that material and execute distribution.
The associate is not expected to write for publication or manage channels.

Key traits to screen for:
Able to synthesize complex material into clear, structured outputs
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Low ego, collaborative, and willing to do the unglamorous research work
What This Role Is Not
This is NOT a content writing, copywriting, social media, or marketing execution role.
Candidates whose primary experience lies in those areas should not be shortlisted.
The PR and content teams already handle distribution and execution
