Job Summary We’re looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting, analytics, and business insight generation across a European operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, CRM analytics, SQL, and business intelligence reporting.
You’ll act as the analytical engine of the business, helping leaders make smarter, data-led decisions through dashboards, forecasting, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Development Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for key business metrics.
Own the reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Manage report accuracy, performance, data refreshes, and KPI consistency.
Continuously improve existing reporting assets as business needs evolve.
Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering Build and manage scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric technologies including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Data Pipelines.
Develop semantic models and support self-service analytics initiatives.
Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve data architecture and integrations.
CRM & ERP Analytics Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platforms.
Develop dashboards covering sales pipeline performance, customer activity, account performance, inventory, and operational metrics.
Maintain data integrity across multiple systems to provide a unified business view.
Business Insights & Strategic Analysis Analyze business trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Deliver regular business insight reports and executive presentations.
Identify risks and opportunities before they materially impact performance.
Build forecasting models, trend analysis, and scenario planning initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement Partner with leaders across sales, operations, and finance teams.
Translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Promote data literacy and support self-service reporting initiatives.
Document KPIs, reporting logic, and analytical standards.
