Key Responsibilities


Salesforce Administration
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Perform routine system maintenance, data management, data imports/exports, and quality checks
  • Provide Salesforce user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Salesforce Development
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex (basic), Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura (basic)
  • Assist with integrations, automation, and enhancements following best practices
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support activities
Business Analysis & Collaboration
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Agile Delivery
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects, data model, security, and automation
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative customization
  • Basic exposure to Apex and Lightning components
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment
Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Experience or training in Business Analysis or stakeholder requirement gathering
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications

  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
