The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and ensure all projects meet predefined SLAs Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness in resolving customer issues Establish and maintain clear performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) for the team Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and client services teams Work closely with the training teams to identify the training needs, develop and deliver training programs for the team on new products, features, and processes Prepare and present reports on team’s progress and performance to senior management Analyze data to identify trends and implement new and innovative initiatives to drive productivity and save cost Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
