We are establishing a dynamic creative agency in Northwest Pakistan and are seeking an experienced Web and Graphic Designer to join us as a key team member. The agency aims to cater for customers in Pakistan and overseas.
This unique role combines creative design expertise progressing to office management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape our presence from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, digital marketing, and building operational efficiency in a startup-like environment.
After the first hires the aim of the company is to grow the company to undertake the following responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Web & Graphic Design
- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
- Build e-commerce platforms with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Produce marketing collateral (brochures, banners, social media content) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Figma.
- Edit videos and create animations for digital campaigns.

2. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and publish engaging content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Film, edit, and optimise short-form videos aligned with platform trends.
- Implement audience engagement strategies to grow our social media presence.
3. SEO & Content Optimisation
- Write and optimise metadata using AI tools for efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research and manage content briefs.
- Support technical SEO tasks, including website health monitoring and improvement testing.
- Collaborate with teams to optimise for Answer Engines, Voice Search, and social search platforms.
