An Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications.
2. Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
3. Experience building responsive, dynamic, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
4. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
5. Hands-on experience in developing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
6. Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
7. Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
8. Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
9. Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud platforms.
10. Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.
11. Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred).
12. Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and high availability architectures.
13. Experience conducting code reviews and following coding standards and best practices.
14. Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and automated tests.
15. Knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation.
16. Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues effectively.
