Duties security controls administration, maintaining documentation, tuning, and troubleshooting for security appliances/services performance. Enabling security service for the business operations. Ensuring smooth security operations of all security controls and enabling user requests.

• Administration & maintenance of Bank’s IT security Infrastructure.
• Proactive monitoring of Firewalls/IPS and critical security components to assure the service availability & detecting/identifying potential security threats.
• Compliance to Mashreq Information security policies & adherence to security baselines. 
• Security projects delivery/implementation.
