Position Overview: EpicMetry is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Product Owner to join our team.
As an Associate Product Owner, you will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, coordinate the development process, and ensure the successful delivery of our products.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating innovative and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvements.
Translate user requirements into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and resolve any issues.
Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and inform future enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to contribute to product strategy.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
Previous experience in a product management or related role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for technology and a desire to create innovative and user-centric solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
