Position Overview: As an Associate Product Manager at AHOY, you will work closely with senior product managers to help shape our product strategy and roadmap.
You will be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our users.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer focus and an eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and market research.
Work with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.
Participate in product launch activities and coordinate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies.
Support senior product managers in maintaining the product backlog and organizing sprints.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous internship or experience in product management is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a customer-centered mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies is preferred.
