We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monetization Executive to support our app monetization efforts.

Support the execution of A/B tests to refine monetization tactics and improve revenue outcomes.
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure monetization features are implemented effectively and align with the user experience.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging monetization models to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Prepare regular reports on monetization performance and assist in maintaining dashboards to track key metrics for stakeholders.
Help ensure all monetization activities comply with app store policies and adhere to company best practices.

Approximately 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ad monetization or a similar role within the mobile app/gaming industry.
Proven experience working with monetization tools and ad networks such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, etc.
Good understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, various ad formats, and mediation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and performance optimization techniques.
Self-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and improve processes.
