Associate Manager Internal Audit (Technology & Security)

• Execute audit plans targeting high-risk areas in technology and security.
• Implement professional standards and follow best practices while performing Internal Audit activities.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance audit processes, ensuring efficient risk management.
• Evaluate compliance with frameworks like COBIT, COSO, PCI DSS, and relevant banking regulations.
• Collaborate with technology and security teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Assist in creating periodic performance reports and updates for GRC Committee of the i2c Board of Directors.

We are looking for

• Education: BS IT/ CS/ Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience: 5 to 7 yrs

Skills:

• Financial services experience or high-risk and complex industries providing essential services understanding the necessity for risk formations to be fit for purpose. 
• Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy laws and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates superior analytical skills and the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Expertise in advanced IT Audit tools and technologies, with a preference for candidates experienced in AI enhanced auditing platforms.
• Ability to cultivate an environment of psychological safety, ensuring Internal Audit function remains approachable and effective in providing independent assurance and objective assessments.
