The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching and mentoring, enabling professionals to acquire future-ready AI skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on training sessions in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Develop and maintain engaging training materials, labs, and real-world case studies. Mentor learners and provide post-training support for query resolution. Customize training programs to meet specific client and business requirements. Collect learner feedback and recommend improvements to training delivery. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 8-12 years of professional experience in AI/ML/GenAI, with prior experience in training or mentoring. Prior EdTech experience is required- Good to have Proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models), and Agentic AI workflows. Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying GenAI models. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML/GenAI workflows. Relevant industry certifications in AI/ML/GenAI/Data Science. Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and deploying generative/agentic AI solutions in production environments. Exposure business-focused AI applications and Agile methodologies.
