Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate - HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals, ensuring that our people initiatives effectively support the business's growth and success. Job Responsibilities:
 


  • Collaborate with the HRBP team to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and department leaders, ensuring a clear understanding of their HR needs.


  • Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives and support departmental requirements.


  • Support the management of employee relations issues by offering guidance to both employees and managers.


  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement, helping to improve the overall employee experience.


  • Help facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.


  • Aid in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees to promote effective performance evaluation.


  • Support training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies for career growth.


  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.


  • Build credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills while representing HR positively and professionally.


  • Support initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture at CureMD, promoting employee engagement and well-being.


  • Assist in managing change by effectively communicating with employees and addressing their concerns throughout transitions.


  • Support the HRBP team in executing strategic initiatives and projects, participating in various HR projects as assigned.


  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk.



Qualifications:
 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
