What we’re looking for:
iENGINEERING is currently seeking an ideal candidate who will assume the responsibility of leveraging AI pipelines to manipulate data across diverse projects. This individual will play a key role in identifying and addressing any issues within the pipeline, while also maintaining performance analytics to guarantee optimal functionality.

RequirementsWhat you’ll be doing:
  • Utilize AI pipelines to manipulate, process, and analyze data across multiple projects based on specific requirements.
  • Leverage GIS tools such as QGIS and ArcGIS for advanced geospatial data analysis and visualization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within AI pipelines, including data quality discrepancies, algorithmic errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Track key metrics, develop Grafana dashboards, and analyze operational data to optimize the balance between automated and manual processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members regarding the configuration, usage, and maintenance of AI pipelines.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills by serving as a bridge between Service Delivery and the AI team for smooth project execution.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and best practices in AI, GIS, and data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data security policies and maintain high standards of data integrity across all AI pipeline operations.
What you’ll bring along:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, AI pipelines, or related technical roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data processing, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, GeoPandas, and Shapely.
  • Experience working with geospatial data, including tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, and other ESRI products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Experience in performance analytics, dashboarding, or deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Infrastructure or Asset Management domains is a plus.
  • Certifications in AI, data analytics, or related areas are considered an advantage.
