Role Overview:
The HIH Application Development Lead Analyst will provide advanced technical expertise in application development and support. This role involves monitoring, triaging, and resolving complex application issues, ensuring system stability and performance. The candidate will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor applications and perform triaging for incidents and performance issues.
  • Conduct analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace for troubleshooting and root cause identification.
  • Provide L2 application support, including incident resolution and escalation management.
  • Debug and triage application code to identify and resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams for code fixes and enhancements.
  • Adhere to shift schedules as required for production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of application triaging and monitoring processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for log and performance analysis.
  • Prior experience in L2 application support and triaging.
  • knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
  • Ability to perform code debugging and triage issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python).
  • Handson with Java and Python (added advantage).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
