ApplicationDeveloper AdvisorTechnical developer partnering with the COE's Pega Architect to support application teams across the enterprise while contributing as a full-stack developer across all COE applications. •Partner with the COE Pega Architect to support application teams with architecture guidance, code reviews, and technical problem-solving•Diagnose and resolve complex Pega issues (data models, flow actions, activities, integrations, UI/UX, decisioning)•Coordinate with Pega vendor experts when issues exceed internal team expertise•Develop and maintain features across all COE applications:oFLAC — license forecasting and cost management platform (FastAPI+ React + PostgreSQL)oRAG Platform — enterprise AI knowledge system (FastAPI+ React +LangChain+ Azure AI Search)oPega Deployment Manager — automated deployment workflows (Python + GitHub integration)•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, leveraging Pega native APIs for automated builds, deployments, and environment management•Develop reusable Pega patterns and best practices for application teams•Practice spec-driven development — write detailed specifications and requirements documents before coding, using them to drive AI-assisted code generation and ensure quality outcomes•Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) daily across all projects•Contribute to AI integration efforts — help identify manual processes that can be automated with AI and build those automationsQualifications:

•Totalof11-13years of experience.•At least8+ years of Pega development experience (CLSA certification preferred)•Skills:
