About Role: As our  Amazon Advertising Manager   you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing Client's paid advertising strategy on Amazon to drive revenue growth and maximize ad efficiency.

Strategy Development:  Design and substantiate full-funnel advertising strategies and budgets for every regional marketplace New Market Entry Advertising Planning : Support advertising go-to-market strategies for new regional marketplaces, adjusting for cultural nuances, regional trends, and consumer behavior.
Keyword, Budget and Bidding Optimization:  Conduct keyword research, manage bid strategies and budgets, and implement A/B testing on a continuous basis Performance Monitoring & Reporting:  Track key performance metrics and provide up-to-date, data-driven reports and insights to various cross-department teams Creative Briefing & Testing Loop : Provide performance-driven insights to creative teams for iterative content development; track results and lead A/B testing loops Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor tactics, and new platform features to ensure industry-leading development Cross-Channel Impact and Coordination:  Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy with a true understanding of the impact of Amazon ads and sales on broader sales and brand performance Channel Expansion & Emerging Ad Tech : Evaluate and test emerging Amazon ad formats and tools, such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to stay ahead of platform evolution 4+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising Comprehensive experience and familiarity managing ad campaigns on Amazon Seller Central, including bulk campaign creation, editing and reporting Ability to interpret data, build and present reports with insights supported by a deep understanding of marketplace trends, strategy and key metrics  Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills,  attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset Experience with ads on search, social or other marketplaces is a bonus
